Namma is an intentionally curated community of clinicians, practitioners, teachers, facilitators, and guides whose work may take different forms but shares a commitment to caring for the whole person.
Each person and practice maintains the integrity, ownership, and responsibility of their own work. At the same time, none of us has to work in isolation.
We learn from one another. We refer thoughtfully. We ask good questions. We celebrate one another's gifts. We recognize when another perspective may better serve the person before us. We create gatherings and experiences that become possible because different forms of wisdom are allowed to meet.
We believe healing is rarely one-dimensional. We are interested in the places where medicine, psychology, neuroscience, wisdom traditions, creativity, nature, spirituality, embodiment, and human meaning meet.
We value evidence and experience. We honor clinical excellence and mystery. We respect the depth of specialized disciplines while remaining curious about what becomes possible when different disciplines are brought into relationship.
We believe no practitioner needs to be everything for everyone. Knowing when another perspective may help is not inadequacy. It is excellent care.
We believe people should be active participants in their own healing whenever possible.
We believe prevention matters. Community matters. Belonging matters. And we believe meaningful human connection is not separate from healing. It is one of the ways healing happens.

Namma tends the shared container: the physical home, common infrastructure, agreed resources, and integrity of the collaborative environment.
Each practitioner, facilitator, and program partner tends what belongs to them: their practice or offering, their clients or participants, their commitments, their professional responsibilities, and their use of shared resources.
Stewardship does not mean ownership of one another's work. It means recognizing that what happens in a shared place affects everyone who inhabits it.
We all care for the spaces.
We all care for the people we serve.
We all care for one another's ability to do good work.
We all care for the agreements that make trust possible.
We all leave things better than we found them whenever we can. -
The Namma Collaborative Model is the operating structure through which independent clinicians, practitioners, teachers, and facilitators use shared space, infrastructure, and resources while retaining ownership and responsibility for their own work.
Its purpose is clarity: to define what is shared, what remains independent, what resources are allocated, and how those arrangements are reviewed and sustained. There are several types of collaborations:
PRACTICE HOME PARTICIPANTS
For established independent practices requiring recurring, protected one-on-one clinical or professional capacity.
RUNWAY PARTICIPANTS
For independent practitioners who benefit from a modest monthly commitment and flexible room access rather than fixed protected blocks.
AS-NEEDED PRACTICE PARTICIPANTS
For independent practitioners who need occasional access to professional or group space without a monthly commitment. Space is available by request only, and is not guaranteed.
PROGRAMMING & GATHERING PARTICIPANTS
For facilitators, teachers, practitioners, and community-builders using Namma’s space for workshops, circles, classes, trainings, support groups, movement, sound, contemplative experiences, retreats, or other gatherings.
